You may change shipping address yourself or via HyperSKU team before the order is shipped out.
If the order is under ‘Pending Payment’ status, you can just click ‘Change address’ next to the payment button to make changes.
If the order is under ‘Processing’ status, contact our team to update shipping address.
If the order is under ‘Ready to Ship’ or ‘Shipping’ status, the shipping address cannot be changed. Advise the recipient contact last-mile carrier if necessary.
