Learn about the different order statuses in HyperSKU and how they help you manage your sales effectively.
Whenever an order is created in your store, HyperSKU syncs it back and keeps track of order updates, such as payment status, order details, and shipping address. HyperSKU also syncs order information back to your store, including order status and tracking information.
After logging into HyperSKU, navigate to the Orders page, where you will see the following order statuses:
Pending Sourcing: The order is being sourced, and items are being located.
Pending Payment: You haven’t paid and bought the product(s) which your customer has placed order for. The customer probably has paid full amount or partial amount, or hasn’t paid yet. In general you need to fulfill and pay for the order that customer has completed payments.
Pending in Progress: The order is locked for a short period due to an ongoing payment attempt. If the payment is not completed, the status will revert to ‘Pending Payment’.
Processing: You’ve paid for the order, and HyperSKU is purchasing the products and shipping them to our warehouse. This stage typically takes 1-3 days. Any issues, such as stock shortages or incorrect shipping addresses, will be communicated to you.
Ready to Ship: The product has arrived at the HyperSKU warehouse and is undergoing final preparations, such as labeling, inspection, and repacking, based on your instructions.
Split Shipment: The order or package has been split due to some items arriving earlier than others.
Shipping: The order has been shipped and is en route to its destination. Tracking information will be synced to your store.
Delivered: The order is marked as delivered based on tracking details but does not necessarily confirm that your customer has received it (e.g., it may be signed for by a concierge).
Order Closed: The order has been completed and closed, with no further actions required.
Overdue: Shopify orders that have not been paid for over a month are marked as overdue.
Refunding (New Feature): Orders currently undergoing a refund process.
Recycle Bin (New Feature): Orders moved to this status are no longer active; they can be reviewed but not processed further.
