Yes, you can change the shipping address of an order before it’s shipped out, either by yourself or through the HyperSKU team.

If the order status is ‘Pending Payment,’ you can click ‘Change Address’ next to the payment button to update the details.

If the order status is ‘Processing,’ contact our team to request an address update.

If the order status is ‘Ready to Ship’ or ‘Shipping,’ the address cannot be changed. In this case, advise the recipient to contact the last-mile carrier directly if needed.
