Set your preferred default shipping option for faster order processing and payment.
Setting a default shipping option for future orders ensures that your preferred method is automatically selected, streamlining the payment and shipping process. Here’s how to set it up:
1. Go to Settings > Preferences > Payment & Logistics, or click ‘Default Shipping Option’ under ‘Pay Together’ button.
2. Select your preferred default shipping option from the dropdown menu.
3. You can select up to three different shipping options, which will apply to orders by priority.

The first shipping option will be applied to all future orders.

If the first option is unavailable, the second will be used as a fallback.

If the second option is unavailable, the third will be used as a fallback.

If none of the options are available, the shipping option for that order will be left ‘unselected.’
4. Click ‘Save’.
Please note:

The default shipping option will only affect future orders synced to your account; it will not change the shipping method of orders already in your account.
- You can update the shipping option for any order on the Order page.
- If the default shipping option is not eligible for a specific order, the shipping method will appear as ‘unselected,’ and you will need to choose a method manually.
