Customize your shipment tracking URL to provide a tailored tracking experience for your customers.
Each time HyperSKU fulfills an order, a tracking number and URL are generated and available in your HyperSKU account.
If your store is connected to HyperSKU, the order status, tracking number, and tracking URL will automatically sync back to your store.
1. Go to Settings > Preferences > Payment & Logistics, then scroll down to ‘Shipment Tracking’.
2. Slide on ‘Advanced Settings’. You will see a list of stores connected to the account.
3. Find the store you’d like to customize tracking URLs. Select your preferred tracking URL type from the dropdown menu. Click ‘Save’.
HyperSKU offers three tracking URL options:
1) Default Tracking
HyperSKU syncs this type of tracking URL by default.
If the parcel is shipped by Shopify’s supported carrier, Shopify will refer to their official tracking website automatically. See below for details:

2) HyperSKU tracking
If you choose this option, for all parcels fulfilled by HyperSKU, https://track.hypersku.com/ will be the tracking URL.
https://track.hypersku.com/ is HyperSKU’s self-developed tracking tool. It doesn’t show shipping origin if it is shipped from China.

3) Other Tracking Websites
- If using a tracking app (e.g., AfterShip or TrackingMore), set up the tracking URL as per their instructions.
- Alternatively, if you do not use a tracking app and prefer to provide a third-party tracking website (e.g., www.17track.net/), select this option.
