This guide provides step-by-step instructions to help you integrate your PrestaShop store with HyperSKU. Following this process ensures accurate order synchronization and smooth system operation.
Step 1: Generate Your API Key
To start the integration, you need to generate an API key in your PrestaShop admin panel.
Navigation path:
Advanced Parameters > WebService
Click “Add new webservice key” to create a new API key. This key will be used to authorize data exchange between PrestaShop and HyperSKU.
Step 2: Enable Required Permissions
Once the key is generated, click the Edit icon next to it to configure the required permissions.
⚠️ Important: Missing permissions may result in incomplete order synchronization or data errors.
We recommend enabling the following permissions (at minimum):
- order
- customers
- products
- addresses
- carriers
Make sure the necessary HTTP methods (e.g., GET, POST, PUT) are selected based on your use case.
Step 3: Connect to HyperSKU

Log in to your HyperSKU account.

Select "PrestaShop" as the platform.

Fill in the following information:

Store Name – Enter the name for your store.

Store URL – Input the full URL of your PrestaShop store.

Webservice API Key – Paste the API key you generated in your PrestaShop admin panel.

If any required permissions are missing, the system will prompt you with a message.
e.g., “For better cooperation, please enable the ‘addresses’ permission.”
