      Do you accept returns or exchanges?

      Since POD products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a quality issue. Please kindly note the following:

      1. Please confirm your design, size, and color before placing your order. 

      2. If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us with photos as soon as possible. We will arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.
