Self-Purchased Goods: Inbound Guide
Learn the requirements for sending self-purchased goods to our warehouse, what the Company does when they arrive, and how responsibilities are shared.
I. Scope of Application

III. Labeling Requirements: Packing List, Carton Mark, Product Labels
The packing list and carton mark are the Company’s main basis for identifying and handling the Customer’s self-purchased goods.
3.1 Packing List
The Customer must use the unified “Self-Purchased Goods Packing List Template” provided by the Company. The packing list must be true, complete and consistent with the goods actually received.
It must make the following information identifiable:
- Inbound appointment information
- Carton number and total number of cartons
- SKU
- Product name
- Specifications such as color and size
- Corresponding quantity
- Mixed-carton information (if applicable)
3.2 Outer Carton Mark
Each outer carton must be marked in accordance with the carton mark template provided by the Company, so that the whole carton can be identified.
The carton mark must:
- Be affixed at the designated position on the outer carton
- Remain clear, complete and identifiable
- Be consistent with the packing list and the actual cargo information
- For multi-carton shipments, clearly indicate the carton number and the total number of cartons
3.3 Individual Labeling of Each Item
- Each item within a carton must be individually labeled with a product/SKU label for product identification and subsequent storage, picking and fulfillment.
- Product labels must be consistent with the actual SKU, specifications and other information.
Specific label formats and examples are subject to the Company’s current system requirements and official notices.
IV. Product Packaging and Cartoning Principles
The Customer shall ensure that goods have adequate packaging protection during transport and inbound.
- Outer carton requirements: complete cartons suitable for transport and storage must be used.
- Product requirements:
- Each item must have its own protective packaging. Unpackaged items are not accepted.
- One SKU per carton (standard): each carton holds one SKU with an accurate quantity. For the same SKU, single-color and single-specification cartoning is preferred, without mixing colors or specifications.
- If special circumstances require mixed loading of multiple products, this must be reported to the Company in advance. A mixed carton shall contain no more than 5 SKUs, and each SKU must be physically separated (by bundling or bagging; tape alone is not accepted).
- Fragile, liquid and special goods: necessary shock-proof, cushioning, leak-proof and safe packaging must be used.
Specific dimensions, weights, packaging methods, mixed-carton rules and examples are subject to the Company’s current system rules, announcements, help center or official notices.
V. Inbound Operations and Scope of Inspection
The Company’s normal basic inbound operations for the Customer’s self-purchased goods include, by default:
- Verification: appointment and inbound information, outer carton marks and packing lists; a visual check for obvious outer carton damage or stains.
- Counting: the basic quantity of goods.
- Put-away: the warehouse put-away turnaround is 48–72 hours (abnormal arrivals are excluded).
The Company also offers other paid value-added services. Please contact your account manager in advance to book them:
- Inbound quality inspection (scope): (1) full appearance inspection (stains, scratches, color difference); (2) size/style matching; (3) accessory completeness check.
- Special services such as re-labeling, kitting and repacking.
In the event of any abnormality, the warehouse will notify the Customer by work order or provide photos within 48 hours.
If the Customer has not booked quality inspection in advance, the Company is not responsible for product quality issues outside the scope of basic inbound inspection.

VII. Product Compliance Management
7.1 Dangerous goods and prohibited goods
The Customer shall not deliver goods that violate applicable laws or fall within the Company’s prohibited acceptance scope (including but not limited to goods prohibited from circulation by laws and regulations, counterfeit or infringing goods, goods containing prohibited ingredients, and undeclared dangerous goods). For dangerous or restricted goods, the Customer shall truthfully declare them before inbound and provide compliance documents. If failure to declare or false declaration results in detention, destruction, administrative penalties or losses to third parties, the Customer bears the responsibility, and the Company may reject the goods or handle them as abnormal arrivals.
7.2. Shelf-life-limited goods
For goods with a shelf life or expiry date, the Customer shall truthfully state the production date and expiry date in the packing list and ensure that more than two-thirds of the total shelf life remains (admission requirement). The Company will mark near-expiry goods and ship them out on a first-expired, first-out (FEFO) basis. The Company is not liable for losses caused by goods nearing or exceeding their expiry date, and near-expiry or expired inventory is handled in accordance with the agreement of both parties.
VIII. Fee Standards
Service fees involved in the inbound of the Customer’s self-purchased goods include, but are not limited to, fees for inbound, counting, quality inspection, abnormal handling, repacking, temporary storage, returns and other value-added services. The specific fee standards are subject to the effective system quotes and service pages on the Company’s official website.
The Company’s warehouse does not provide loading or unloading. The Customer arranges and pays for loading and unloading.
If the fee standards are adjusted, the Company will update them through the system, official email, official website or other official channels.
