1. Why can't I sign up?
See if you fit one of the following situations:
- Invalid email format – Please make sure you enter a valid email address.
- Password does not meet the requirements – Your password must follow these rules:
- 6-12 characters long
- Letters and numbers only (special characters are not supported)
- Example: hypersku123
How to fix it:
- Enter a valid email address.
- Use a password that meets the requirements, then try again.
Some frequent cases:
1. The password you set exceeded 12 characters
2. Why can't I log in?
You may fail to log in due to the following reasons:
- Incorrect username – Please double-check that you’ve entered the correct username.
- Incorrect password – Make sure your password is entered correctly. Passwords are case-sensitive.
- Incorrect verification code – If you enter the wrong password 6 times in a row, the system will send a verification code to your email. You must enter the correct code to reset your password and regain access.
How to fix it:
- Double-check your username, password, and verification code, then try again.
- If you forgot your password, click "Forgot Password" to reset it.
- After submitting a password reset request, the system will send a verification code to your email. If you don’t receive the code, please contact customer support for assistance.
